EASTLAND AAC floor slabs are load-bearing structural slabs and require no intermediate supports. Tailored to the requirements of diverse construction projects, EASTLAND manufactures floor slabs with varied steel reinforcement layouts, densities and compressive strengths to meet all types of building application needs.

These floor slabs are widely used in low-rise and high-rise buildings, including low-rise civil projects and high-rise apartments. They are compatible with masonry, concrete and steel building structures.

The thickness of EASTLAND load-bearing structural floor slabs ranges from 100 mm to 300 mm, with design loads between 2.4 kN/m² and 5.0 kN/m². The clear span is determined by slab thickness and design load.

The 200 mm-thick EASTLAND AAC load-bearing structural floor panel has passed the test in compliance with Australian Standard AS 1530.4, achieving a Fire Resistance Level (FRL) of 180/180/180 minutes.
